二 | 广东电网公司启动防风防汛Ⅱ级响应，组织人员、设备、车辆全力投入应急抢修、防汛防洪工作，目前已有100多万用户恢复供电，占比近九成。图为4月22日凌晨，南方电网（广东）综合应急基地应急特勤队进入韶关市武江区江湾镇，协助恢复通讯及抢修复电。（受访者供图） 韶关市江湾镇是此次强降雨受灾严重地区之一。4月21日下午雨势渐小，南方电网广东韶关城区供电局组织第一批抗灾抢险突击队到达江湾镇，并将一批应急发电车、发电机、抢修设备及工器具、生活物资送达受灾一线。现已恢复江湾镇约500余户供电，武江区江湾中学等临时安置点的成功复电，为三百多名救援人员的顺利进驻及协助各部门推进整体抢修进度提供了电力保障。 截至4月22日上午9时，电力部门已在江湾镇山体垮塌救援现场投入应急抢险人员68人，发电机8台，应急照明灯具共15台，灾情勘察无人机6台。广东电网公司调集的其他援助抢修人员也陆续到位，准备展开大规模抢修。 “针对韶关市武江区江湾镇的特殊情况，广东电网公司根据卫星勘察结果，结合10千伏及以上线路杆塔位置信息，共计发现7条10千伏线路、35基杆塔位于水淹或地质灾害风险区域内，全部关联到有跳闸发生。
