Jai Mahadev.”            Ikkis is an upcoming Bollywood biographical war-drama film that will portray the life of Arun Khetarpal, the youngest Indian Army officer to be posthumously honoured with the Param Vir Chakra for his brave actions during the 1971 Battle of Basantar. The film stars Agastya Nanda in the role of Arun, and late actor, Dharmendra will make his final on-screen appearance as Arun's father, Brigadier M. L. Khetarpal. Also Read: Akshay Kumar’s Niece Simar Bhatia to Make Bollywood Debut in Ikkis。    继北京市“离异3年内不得在京内购房”的限购政策今年3月27日正式废止后，4月22日，北京再次下发楼市房贷新政策，从今日（23日）起执行。　　中国人民银行北京市分行、国家金融监督管理总局北京监管局、北京市住房和城乡建设委员会联合发布的《关于我市个人住房贷款中住房套数认定标准执行口径的通知》显示，根据当前房地产市场形势，为更好支持居民刚性住房需求和多样化改善性住房需求，现就北京市个人住房贷款中住房套数认定标准执行口径作出如下通知：　　2024年4月23日后签订购房网签合同，且离婚不满一年的房贷申请人，如家庭名下在本市无成套住房，执行首套房信贷政策。　　各银行结合本机构经营状况、客户风险状况等因素合理确定每笔贷款的具体首付款比例和利率水平。　　《通知》实施后，意味着4月23日起，离婚不满一年且名下无房的购房者，可执行首套房贷利率。　　（总台记者 高雪）。
